Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Unfortunately, with our a deposit you cannot book an appointment.


The deposit is 50% of your total service.

Please make sure you are booking ALL of the services you will need done at once.

Deposits are non-refundable if you miss your appointment or are more than 5 minutes late.

In case you are late, there may be a chance that you may not be seen. 

Otherwise, the deposit will always be used towards your services as long as you are present
and on time.


We ask that any cancellations or rescheduling, be made 24 hours PRIOR to your appointment time.

Your technician will always be on time with you as best as possible. 

If you need to use the restroom, please arrive 5 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. 

If you arrive more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you and your deposit will be non- refundable. 


Most importantly, the deposit is what pays for your technician's time,  when you do not show up for your appointment or show up late.
