Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking

The deposit is 50% of your total service.

Please make sure you are booking ALL of the services you will need done at once.

Deposits are non-refundable if you miss your appointment or are more than 5 minutes late.

In case you are late, there may be a change that you may not be seen. 

Otherwise, the deposit will always be used towards your services as long as you are present and on time.

We ask that any cancellations or rescheduling, be made 24 hours PRIOR to your appointment time.

Your technician will always be on time with you as best as possible. 

If you need to use the restroom, please arrive early to do so.
